Yoga nidra is also known as Yogic Sleep. It is a combination of affirmation, respiration and vsualization techniques that are used together to create deep relaxation in the body. This multidimensional appreoach
facilitates full integraton of mind, body, and spirt.
Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Please dress warmly and comfortably, and bring a blanket if you wish.
