Integrative Yoga Therapy

The Integrative Yoga Therapy Program is a program designed specifically for medical and mainstream wellness settings that emphasizes the healing process by addressing all levels of the student--physical, emotional and spiritual.

Asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), mudra, guided imagery, yoga nidra, ayurvedic wellness principles and meditation are all utilized.

Try This to Reduce Stress:

Sit in a comfortable, seated position, either on the

floor or in a chair. Place your hands on your

belly just below your navel.

Close your eyes.

Begin to take deep, full breaths through your nose.  See if you can get your belly to expand into your hands. Exhale completely through your nose, relaxing your belly.

Follow your breath, keeping your mind free of any thoughts. Breathe like this for 5-10 breaths or longer.

Open your eyes. Feel better?
